Ella loves Santa
It’s A….

We are thrilled to announce that we are indeed having a baby boy! Asher James Paquette, we can’t wait to meet you!!!!! (Yes, that is James’ face on Fabio’s body.)

So, we’re pretty sure that Asher wants to be an Aggie!
(for those who have trouble understanding ultrasound pics, that is Asher making the gig’em with his thumb.)
Paquette Annual Christmas photo
Every year, right after Thanksgiving, I attempt to get our family all dressed up to take a Christmas photo for our annual Christmas card. Here is a preview at how successful I was this year.

Ella’s cheesy smiles
Recently, Ella has been rather unhappy-shall we say ‘temper tantruming’ a lot? Hopefully this is a phase…although I’ve heard of the ‘terrible twos’ which she will be approaching very soon. One of our attempts to get her to stop crying is to say, “Ella-smile!!!” She, in turn, gives us the cheesiest grins and poses ever-they are hilarious! Enjoy.

TA-DAH!!!! I’m happy again!
Pumpkin Carving
So, on Halloween Eve, we always carve our pumpkins. This year we bought a small pumpkin for the baby in mommy’s tummy too. Rilyn actually drew her own face on her pumpkin and daddy did his best to carve it out. Rilyn loved playing in the pumpkin slime as we like to call it. Ella, on the other hand, would have nothing to do with it!

“Don’t touch me with that slime!”
Costumes
So, I know it’s not Halloween yet, but we dressed the girls up in their costumes for some fall festivals this weekend. They looked soooo cute as a cowgirl and 50s girl!

Pumpkin Patch visit #2
So, I really wanted to pick the girl’s pumpkins when the weather got cooler. FINALLY we had a beautiful day and so off we went to the patch (a different one this time) to pick a pumpkin for Rilyn and Ella (baby #3 got a mini one too). Rilyn can’t wait to carve this year and wants to get ‘the yucky stuff’ out “all by herself.” 😉 We went with our great friends, Cole and Anna Richardson. They had a blast chasing each other and having races.

October Update!
Okay so a lot has been happening in the past couple of weeks! Let me catch you up! First, let me be ‘official’ and now announce my third pregnancy on our website. We are thrilled and are due April 27th. We find out the sex of our baby Dec. 5th!
Second, James turned 29 October 2nd. He got his ipod he has been wanting forever and so I think it was a good day!

Third, Rilyn fell down the driveway skipping and got her first big ‘bonk’ on her forehead. As you can see it left a big bruise! Our poor baby!

Fourth, we went to the Elgin Christmas Tree Farm where they sell pumpkins in the fall. It was only 95 degrees that day, so we weren’t sweating or anything! 😉

Gig’em Aggies!
Okay, so the Paquette family is showing a little Aggie love this week! We love when we win (sorry Baylor) and we love even more when t.u. loses. Go Kansas State!

Family Night
So James and I are trying to make Tuesday night in the Paquette household ‘Family Night’. Our purpose is obviously to be together as a family and have fun, but also to teach the girls the Bible and God’s truths from it. This week, we learned about Noah and the girls had lots of fun playing in the ark daddy built them.
